FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Which types of Jamón Ibérico do you serve?

Cebo (white seal/label) and Cebo de Campo (green seal/label) are grain-fed (Campo with more outdoor life), Bellota (red seal/label) is acorn-finished, and 100% Ibérico de Bellota (black seal/label) is the top tier — acorn-fed and 100% Iberian breed.

How many guests can you serve?

Flexible — from intimate gatherings (8–12) to larger events. Final count depends on venue setup and format.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate many dietary needs around the experience, but Jamón Ibérico itself is cured Iberian pork. That means it’s not compatible with vegetarian/vegan, halal, or kosher diets. Tell us your guest list in advance and we’ll help plan suitable alternatives so everyone feels included.

How much setup time is needed?

Typically 45–90 minutes before service, depending on the venue and format.

Do you travel outside Tallinn?

Yes. Based in Tallinn — available internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and logistics.

What do you need from the venue?

A stable surface for the station and enough space for guests to gather comfortably. We bring the setup and service tools.

What languages do you work in?

English and Spanish by default. Other languages on request.

How does pricing work?

Each event is custom-quoted based on guest count, selection, and logistics. No public pricing — request a personalized proposal. We reply within 48 hours.
